Strategic Planning Special Meeting - Wrap-Up Session 5/30/06Following a series of "Listening Sessions" during which the community was invited to offer input and comment, the Strategic Planning Committee of the City Council met during 4 sessions to begin the process of creating a strategic plan for the community.
When adopted, this strategic plan will identify the core values of the community, the City's vision and mission, and objectives for the next three to five years. It will be used to guide the City's day-to-day operations as well as the budget process, and assist in setting goals for each fiscal year.
A wrap-up session has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 30th, in the multi-purpose room at the Hanover Street School in Lebanon (adjacent to Lebanon High School), beginning at 5:30 p.m. Please note that the public is invited to observe the meeting, but there will be no opportunity for participation.
